Cleveland itself is the center of the map: the West Side neighborhoods from Detroit Shoreway and Kamm's Corners down to Old Brooklyn, the East Side from Collinwood to Mount Pleasant, and the ravines along Big Creek, Euclid Creek and the Cuyahoga valley in between. From there we work through the inner-ring suburbs and out across Cuyahoga County, including Lakewood, Parma, the Heights, Euclid and the communities along the lakeshore and the Metroparks. The weather and the pests are much the same from one side of the county to the other. What changes is who owns the trees along the street, which utility runs the wires, how brush is picked up, and whether a suburb asks tree contractors to register or pull a permit. Each town page covers what we found for that place.
